We have worked on offshore wind projects starting with the Block Island Wind Farm, the first US offshore wind installation. Since then, we have worked on many of the large US projects under development. We provide supply chain analysis, bid response positioning, asset development, and stakeholder relations. Each project has been designed and executed with a single purpose; client and project success.

We not only look at specific projects, but at the industry as a whole to identify the trends that point to opportunities that will drive decision in the future. OSWind Partners is led by Jeff Tingley who has been involved in many of the US largest offshore projects. He has worked with leading offshore wind developers, OEMs, and state economic development organizations in developing successful project implementation plans and market entry strategies. Prior to starting OSWind Partners, he had senior roles with international renewable energy consulting firms, EDOs and global business development roles for leading technology companies.
